  • Provides regular health checkups, physical checkups for new employees, and hierarchical management of health checkup results for the prevention of “Three-Highs” -related diseases.
  • Resident physicians conducts monthly health consultations and on-site work visits to identify and evaluate the hazards of the workplace, environment and operations, reducing the risk of occupational diseases.
  • Professional nurses stationed in Health Stations provide employees with emergency treatment as well as relevant daily health information and resources. Carries out activities and concept promotion of employee health-related education, health promotion and hygiene guidance.
  • Promotes breastfeeding, Breastfeeding (collecting) Rooms are established to provide employees with a comfortable and private space for breastfeeding (collecting).
  • All-round EAP (Employee Assistance Program), provides employee consultation services through dedicated lines, mailboxes, and face-to-face interviews.
